Cancellation Policy

Online sessions - You can cancel online sessions within 24 hrs of purchasing online. After this ‘cooling off period' no refund in respect of cancellation is provided. No refund will be made where the client has commenced any element of the online sessions. Please contact your agency if you wish to cancel and they will contact Osmosis Training.

Live Sessions - Where you have been booked in for a live session by you agency no refund will be provided if Osmosis Training is not given 24 hours notice before the commencement time of the live mid-week session and 48 hours for the weekend session. Therefore it is your responsibility to inform Team 24 with enough notice so they can communicate with Osmosis Training regarding the cancellation within the specified cancellation periods discussed here.

The above policy is created to cover administration costs and also to cover costs of ‘empty seats' that a live face to face cancellation has created.
